How much do you charge?

For contingent roles we charge a percentage of the successful candidate's first year salary, only when they start. Retained and team build fees are agreed upfront. Get in touch for a quote.

Which sectors do you cover?

AI and tech, plus digital health and life sciences. We have 18 years of experience in medical recruitment, so we can help with doctors and clinical roles as well as engineering, data and leadership hires.

Which locations do you cover?

We're based in the UK and Ireland and recruit across the UK, Ireland, Europe, the USA and Canada, including fully remote roles.

How quickly can you send candidates?

For most roles you'll receive a screened shortlist within 7 days of our briefing call.

What if a hire doesn't work out?

Our contingent placements come with a replacement guarantee. If the person leaves within the guarantee period, we'll find a replacement.

Do you work with companies that already use agencies?
